Glass Nickel Pizza began as a dream in the heart of Santa Fe, born from a passion for authentic wood-fired pizza and the desire to bring people together through exceptional food.

Founded by culinary enthusiasts who traveled across Italy studying traditional pizza-making techniques, we brought these time-honored methods back to New Mexico, creating a unique fusion of Italian craftsmanship and Southwestern flavors.

Grand Opening
